I ship via USPS. All items are packaged and shipped within 2-4 business days of purchase date.

Returns/Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive your item broken or damaged, please contact me via email within 24 hours of delivery so I can resolve the issue for you. Please send clear photos of the box and damaged piece. Please note each item is a unique one of a kind creation and cannot be replicated exactly, therefore any replacement will also be a unique one of a kind piece.

If you are unhappy with your piece and would like to return it, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery. You are responsible for packaging and paying to ship the item back to me. Please package return items with care as I cannot issue a refund for items that are damaged upon return.

Care:

All items are dishwasher safe, however hand washing is encouraged.
